I like the rain. I like its sweet, wet smell, and the way it makes the plants grow. I like the bass rumble of thunder and the sound of the droplets plinking and plunking in the puddles. I don't, however, like driving in the rain. Today, as I was driving home, it began to pour. I remembered what it's like to drive on unfamiliar roads in the rain. Yuck. With only 22 days until we leave, everything I do outside of the time I spend at school somehow relates to our trip. I don't know if the excitement of all that travel is making these last few days difficult or if I'm just ready to be finished with school this year. Either way these next 22 days are going to drag.
On all the road trips we've taken, Tim has driven 99 (maybe even 100) percent of the time. It's not that I don't want to drive; it just seems he always ends up behind the wheel. Tim never seems to get sleepy when he's driving; I always do. Maybe that has something to do with why he always drives. : )

In my opinion, Tim drives because you get all caught up in the singing of the songs.
Okay Queenie, maybe I sing a little too loudly, but I can multitask!
